This is what I'm taking now, and the doctor says it's okay:

Nasacort allergy 24 hr on rising 2 spritzes per nostril
Ranitidine 300 on rising (60 tabs cost me $8)
Ranitidine 300 12 hrs later
Refresh preservative-free eye drops before bed

My nose is clear most of the day and my eyes drip very little.

Allergies are no fun.
