I have been using Richard Simmons' tapes for my a.m. cardio workout for some time; it's a good low impact workout.
Last week I started using the Winsor Pilates tapes and they are as effective as the infomercials claim! After doing the workout four times, my stomach is noticeably flatter and feels tighter, which I find impressive. I'm going to keep doing the 20 minute workout three times a week, as recommended, and see what happens.
