I keep forgetting to post my meals this is my meals for yesterday. I will post today's meals later tonight.

8/30
B- scramble egg with tomatoes and onions. Coffee with coconut milk
L- pork chop with rice and gandules (pigeon peas)
S- none
D- salad with chicken breast and 1tbs of rice and gandules.
