Goals for July 19 through October 16
1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 35 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Four 3 meal "Feast" days per week. Low Carb/unrestricted Calories
4) Three 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.
Met goals 1 & 2: 55 days
Off Target: 5 days
Met Weekly IF goal: 9 (week 9 of 13)
Thursday: . IF #3 for the week is underway today.
