It’s not a book, but Marty Kendalls nutrient optimizing master class is an app and has a PDF book with it. It is a six week program that has an intense focus on the nutrients in your diet whatever diet you choose. However, there is a focus on getting enough protein in the first week after baseline. In the past decade of eating low-carb I think the times I had symptoms of low thyroid, likely I was low in nutrients, particularly selenium, iodine, niacin, histidine and tyrosine. This program monitors some 40 nutrients. In the first two weeks beside increasing protein above 40%, my net carbs are 18%…and I feel healthier.

There is some focus on blood glucose in this program also, but the Data Driven Fasting is simpler, there is another challenge coming up in October.
