I continue to keep it simple with Dr Ted Naiman's LowEnergyDiet, with two high protein meals a day in a 6-8 hour eating window. My weight continues to slowly inch down even though at a BMI of 22. I'm losing body fat while maintaining muscle mass, which at age 70, is no small thing Also between the Marty Kendall challenges, I may only regain a pound or two even with high carb desserts, wine etc. The main framework of two high protein meals stays in place.
