My two cents. I have chronic stuffy and/or drippy sinuses. Last time I looked for help on this (before an airplane trip) my doc prescribed an OTC nasal spray by the ingredient, not the brand. NOT Flonase, she said. The pharmacist guided me to cheapest and most effective alternative in line with my doc's advice.
