Vegitarian I found a recipie for Daikon (Chinese
radish) You dice and fry it with onion and add
salt and pepper until it is crispy on the outside
and soft on the inside. It is delicious. Also make
pizza crust out of old cheddar microwaved for 2-3
minutes then add a little salsa or low carb pizza
sauce and toppings. Works really well. I also
like devilled eggs. Hard boiled eggs scooped out
add a little mustard and mayo and fill egg .
I am also a PT. I chose to do this because a lot
of clients ask about Atkins and I wanted to know
what I was talking about.
