Mon Mar 4 - 20 min doing warm-ups and floor work from Ballerina Body, 10 min walking around the house to finish. Slipped and fell on ice earlier today, the floor work was surprisingly painful - had to switch to walking - 10 min
Wed Mar 6 - 20 min shoveling snow off deck, path to compost/garden/driveway
10 min brisk walking in house
That was it for the week. Only 1 hr.
