Mon Feb 4 - 30 min dancing to Pandora dance station

Tue Feb 5 (Chinese New Year - year of the Earth Pig!) - 30 min dancing to Pandora and trying some belly dancing


Wed Feb 6 - 15 min of A Morning Cup of Yoga for warm-up, 15 min of Joe Wick's Lean in 15 HIIT, modified


Fri Feb 8 - 10 min A Morning Cup of Yoga for warm-up, 20 min Joe Wick's Lean in 15 HIIT, modified but I am getting better at it
Sun Feb 10 - 10 min A Morning Cup of Yoga, 20 min brisk walking around the house (all I had left)


total: 2 hrs 30 min
