I can also get SAM-e all over Montreal. My local Costco used to have it (on the shelf you don't have to ask for it) but they no longer keep it. Most health stores hold it. Look for Enteric coated and individually wrapped pills pack for best results.

It has done wonders for my mild depression and hardly ever PMS anymore
