Yep. Back on induction level... its sooooo hard not to cheat for these last few days.. but I think I'll be over that hump by the end of today... I hope.

Thanks Built. Thanks to everyone who posts about their cheats, its easy to forget how bad they make you feel when you're already feeling good... as if a little here and there won't hurt. I think usually it wouldn't, but when it becomes and there, and there, and there...and a little over here too.... then you're back on fast track to sugarland.
