Hi Donna,
You could try it, in small amounts, but you could also consider that severe constipation is one of the possible side-effects of a gluten intolerance.
If you were to get him tested for gluten sensitivity, that might help you find out why he has this problem. Or does he not eat any veggies or fruit?
