ok so i bought my vitamin D...some places it says not to take D with calcium and the calcium i take has 200iu in them...go figure that one out...anyhow..what is the best time to take DHEA and D...i am also taking calcium, C, glucosamin/msm, bcomplex, E, primerose and magnesium...boy pretty soon i will be a walking health store...thanks guys...
