Thud- so I think in my thoughts that there are issues being older and doing a LC, second time around has a problem. Also just being single too- I think one is more prone to going out? Have you had that experience?

It's awesome you are cutting back on sugar and grain! I am more Keto than anything else because it FEELS better to me.
