Just made one of those "breakfast bowl omelets"!
1/3 cup almond meal
1 egg
a little over 1/8 tsp. baking powder
a little bit of shredded cheese
a small handful of cooked bacon pieces
Put a little bit of butter on top after it was done. That really hit the spot!
