When our friend was going through Chemo I cooked big pots of whole Organic chicken (then de-boned as it cooked) with organic veggies and rice or egg noodles (because she eats carbs) on the side so she could add some or not. I did this 6 weeks in a row. She said that when she was going through this, it was the only food she could keep down.
