Still plugging along on a similar diet--low carb breakfast and lunch, more carbs at dinner. Very little dairy--just very small amounts of hard cheeses (for flavor), but lots of butter! Still trying to get back to gluten-free. My weight has stayed quite stable at about 133 #s, so I'm pretty happy with my diet.
