d - salad, green beans, asparagus, brown rice, roast beef
Lots of water and did housework for my exercise. Kept waiting for the cafeine withdrawal headache, but it hasn't happened. Dh looked it up in CALP and because I've been taking chromium, withdrawal will be eliminated. Cool, huh!
