My food choices have changed over the years, and they change through the seasons, so I can't stick an absolute number on what will cause fat gain. It varies. IMO, the precise number is less important than what foods it's coming from, and what protein/fat foods are going along with it.

I generally go anywhere from 10-70. I'll have days where I'll have a starchy veggie at dinner, maybe restaurant food that's higher carb than I'd normally have, maybe a sugary sauce. I'll have other days that are basically carnivore, and I'm at 10 or less.

My weight has been 155 lbs (plus or minus no more than a few lbs) for at least 5 years now.

Activity level also varies. I work a seasonal job. While I'm working, I'm on my feet 35 hrs/week with a fair amount of lifting and pushing carts. When I'm laid off, I'm somewhat more sedentary. I started doing a basic strength training routine about a year and a half ago, but not enough that I'm ripped or having to eat extra food. I hate exercise.
