Good report Dazed1 but you'll soon be shown some lines from the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) and told that you'll need to confine talk of fasting >24 hrs to your journal. Start one!

I've used fasting as a tool in my journey as well, some longer some shorter than 24 hrs and Have tried mainly to keep record of it in my journal. I found that scale weight goes down during a fast then back up after rehydrating/glyconating (not really a word but I'll make it up anyway) and eating again.

I find that I get a good boost of energy when fasting aproaching 24 hrs Looks like you're stoked about it too! Right on!
