30 minute HIIT on treadmill, followed by a 5 minute cool down, plus stretching

I used the Incline Interval Training Programme, and alternated between walking fast on an incline, with 1 minute fast walking and 1 minute running on a slight incline.


This evening:

One hour Body Pump class
