Where them will a fabulous jewel-toned blouse (sapphire blue is the colour to pick up this fall). Little coats can be in bright yellow! You could wear these short-sleeved jackets with long gloves too. What style.

blazers are always in. A good suit jacket is a marvy thing! Watch the lengths with skirts though. Finger tip length with pants only really, but a nice trench cinched at the waist with a slim skirt is classic.

Hair... i just cut mine off as I'm in my 40s and hair just loses its bounce as you age. I have the reverse flip myself and it opens up your face and takes years off of you. Be warned though, it takes a flat iron and wax to keep it in place. I like it because you can wear it so many ways.
