FYI: I will be posting more soon. I just needed a break from the daily focus on the diet. I'm not weighing. I'm still eating my usual OP LC foods and trying to keep volume within reason. I'm sure there will be a price paid for this with the scale. I'm planning a diet reboot and another 90 day challenge with the new year. Until then, I wish you well these last days of 2020. |
