This is so true! I know that when I restrict my carbs too much my weight loss stalls. When I gave a bite of rice or two (and I'm being literal here) I see increased loss.
Although right now, I'm battling the forever hungry and never satisfied part of the month. Ughh! How do you ladies deal?
