Yesterday: two hours of hiking the hills near Cody and shooting my bow (yes, with arrows) with DH and DD. I was sure beat when we got home.

Today: 20 minutes recumbent bike, 15 minutes walking at the rec center.

I sure missed exercising the last couple weeks. I'm tired of being so busy!!
