Hi everyone! I’m back on low carb after a long absence! I did this 15 years ago and went from 200 to 114 and maintained it for a few years...till I quit smoking and gained it all back! Been working on it since July and now heading in the right direction again! Trying to be very strict right now but it’s not falling off the way it did in my 30s for sure! Good luck everyone in this journey. It’s not easy and it’s one day...one hour...sometimes one minute at a time!!
