I do not endorse her methods for weight loss(beach body/ shakeology), but she does some great exercise modification videos. I think this video where she explains the way your belly transforms is right on with what your belly goes through when you are loosing weight.
It’s tight. Then flabby. Then loose. Then it rolls up a bit. Repeat.
