Bounce, bounce, bounce. I accidentally had some sugar the other day and that was not great for me (my mom cooked chili for me and accidentally put Sriracha in it). I was starving today and ate a ton. Maybe will even bump up again for tomorrow?
This challenge keeps me going, though! I've remained solidly in ketosis throughout.
