Just now saw your question. I add collagen to regular TJ boxed broth, pretending to make it more healthy like bone broth. And very hit or miss when I remember to do it, so I cannot claim my joints or skin are better for it. Now that I can easily purchase it locally, I should be more consistent. Haven’t yet tried the precious bone broth, and now saving it for hurricane supplies. There are so few canned and boxed foods in pantry, and no bread and milk in this house so will rely on frozen meats as they defrost and a propane grill if needed.
