I checked with my pharmacist, he told me that none of my medicines would hurt my LC diet, He said that diuretics are the worse, I dont have to take any, so I am good to go. I ordered keto sticks, and I am in ketosis, so I am happy. I have lost 5 pounds already, probably water weight, but I am feeling better, was drinking one diet soda a day, have cut that out, and added some broth. Had bad headaches at first, and just felt crummy, but I am feeling better now. I cant wait to get back into my cute clothes, a long row to hoe, but I will get there...
