Thanks Doreen for the information. I just found out that I have yeast infection and I could believe it. I have a rash that formed between my breast and iched liked crazy. The doctor diagoned it as yeast. So now I am looking into what I am eating that is causing it. It might be the reason I am not losing. I will reread Dr. Atkins book. But the information was wonderful. Thanks again.
