Dr. Mike sounds like a great doctor. My doctor would likely not admit it, but he has slimmed down a lot and my hunch is it’s keto. I think I’ll ask him. I have lost nearly 40 pounds in a couple of years, I think he thought I was putting him on and looked back in my file...his jaw dropped and he asked how I did it. I told him. He didn’t balk. He actually seemed interested.
