No, and the story I link has nothing to do with thyroid. But because a friend's husband has aFib, I remembered this anecdotal story from Dr. Davis's site. http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/2013/...n-and-attitude/
Just a thought.. Have you remained low-carb and wheat-free through all these events?

On the other hand, some Paleo writers (e.g. Chris Kresser* and Paul Jaminet) fear that being very low carb long term can negatively impact thyroid function (this is controversial but again many anecdotal reports) so that they would suggest increasing non-grain carbs (rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc) but still avoid all gluten containing grains. There is a link between gluten and impaired thyroid function.
