I have been taking mg+k supp for years just to reduce leg cramps and really never paid much attention as long as it was chelated.
it worked, that was the bottom line and yes, it was cheap.

but now my MVP is becoming more audible and my NP is sending me for some testing, (haven't seen a cariologist in about 4 years since i moved).

so i've been searching around....heartscanblog says malate or glycinate (i think).
i also wonder about mg water. mom is a laxative so i would've thought that it was not absorbed....but afibbers have obtained some positive results, so.....

it looks like CoQ10 and L-Carnitine are also recommended but when i've taken L-glutamine and L-Lysine they raised my liver enzymes.
i'll have to research the side effects of L-carnitine a bit more before i jump.

anyone else have success?
