Bench: 12x70, 10x75, 8x80, 6x85, 12x85 (Give another week, then add 5)
Flyes: 12x20 (easier after adding the bench weight)
Dumbbell press: 12x10, 22x15, 22x20 (ouch, this was really hard today)
Side raises (damn, forgot again!)
Pulldown: 70x12, 75x10, 80x8, 85x6, 80x12
Upright Row: 12x90
Close Grip pulldown: 12x30, 22x35, 22x40 (ready for a bump)
Tricep extension 12x20
Curls 12x30, 10x35, 8x40, 6x45, 12x40
Hammer Curls 12x20 (thought I was ready for a bump, but #11 and #12 got real hard)

25 minute swim
