ok, long time since i posted. had gall bladder surgery in sept. my doctor blamed my eating plan but the years of LOWFAT is what caused the problem. i had some problems with eating fat and with the "life without bread" plan, you are supposed to eat fat, of course not to excess. anyway, sorry to say i gained a few pounds and still cant digest the fat very well. any suggestions?
