I am back! Went to the gym last
night, did the elliptical. I will be
doing abs tonight after class. Will
be doing a sculpt class on Wednesday.

GOAL: Work out at least 1 time a day
This Week's Goal! Beginning 1/29/07
Monday: Elliptical 25 minutes (Gym)
Tuesday: Abs (after Class)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Elliptical 30 minutes (Gym)
Friday: Elliptical 30 minutes
Saturday: Pilates or Gym / Dance for an Hour / Stretch for Split / Kicks
Sunday: Pilates or Gym / Dance for an Hour / Stretch for Split / Kicks
