Tuesday - 5.5 miles on the treadmill

Wednesday - 3.0 slim and sleek fast dvd
2.0 treadmill
0.5 stretching video

Thursday - 2.0 Prevention - walk yourway slim (really tired today)

Saturday - 3.0 bikini ready
4.0 treadmill

Sunday - 3.0 cleaning (up and downstairs)
- 2.3 treadmill
