I had another great workout. I have 3.9 miles left to complete my 20 miles for the week. After I complete this week, I'll have gone 80 miles in 4 weeks!
today I did:
2.0 on the treadmill - ran a whole mile, then intervals
2 mile WATP DVD
average heart rate 165!
