I ended up taking Tuesday AND Wednesday off. My thighs were so sore from the Monday workout. The lunges and squats got me good! So I ended up letting the muscles rest.

I had a great workout today!

2.1 miles on the treadmill (I jogged for 10 minutes straight) then did intervals
4 mile walk away the pounds dvd

My average heartrate throughout all of it was 166! I feel great right now.
