Plan: my own ~ fasting.
Stats: 178/134/110 Female 4ft.11
Progress: 65%

Breakfast>1 boiled egg
Lunch. 1/2 Avaco.

Dinner> Soup with 1/2 c. navy beans and 1 rice cake.

Later a Small green smoothie with Chia seeds.
Lots of black coffee {with Ice.
Calaries are going to be 1,000-1.200
Put on 13 lbs from this time last year.
So restarting.
