Hi Rosebud. I did note by the dates that no-one has used this Forum for a few years. I'm just beginning my Low Carb, high fat diet and I'm not feeling as confident about it as I did my low carb, non fat diet. I haven't done Atkins but I'm trying HCG 2.0.  |
