Lovely to see a vibrant forum still going strong, as so many have folded over the years. I was here a few years ago. I'm 68 and have been in maintenance for 15 years and have definitely tried a few plans over that time .
I'm keen to chat with anyone in maintenance or premaintenance, or if you're interested in nutrition adopting a semi vegan diet style. A year ago I eliminated meat from my diet, but eat fish, eggs and dairy. Unfortunately the vegan protein sources just didn't work for me.
