Drinking the water is excellent!
I'd watch out on anything barbecue - a lot of barbecue sauces are high in sugar which is a bummer, 'cuz I love barbeque....
You might try frying some green beans in oil - or adding extra oil when you're cooking for meats....it doesn't sound like much, but it adds up.
Did you ever think you would find a diet that told you to eat more food?
