I looked at dietdr.com and found one major difference to Atkins. They don't like any artificial sweeteners, period. Also to want you to stay away from all prepared low carb products, including Atkins. They are not against dairy but should only be used in cooking, not as a snack. I like their concept, but giving up all artificial sweeteners (I use some splenda in my tea), is hard to do. I also like a Atkins shake for breakfast, its great for taking my meds in the morning.
