Isn't a block of Cream Cheese 8 oz? This recipe calls for only 1 oz of cream cheese so multiplying by four would equal 4oz? Sorry, I'm thinking of making these and I want to get the recipe right...especially since if I like it, I would likely make them ahead so getting my lc brekkie in before work is easier.

BTW, I have some stewed rhubarb (sweetened with splenda) I think would taste delish on this...can't wait to try it tonite.
