Default Weight Loss

Hello Everyone

I have been reading the postings regarding weight loss and am glad to know that I am not alone. I have been eating low carb for 15 months now and have only lost 20 pounds. However I did lose 3 sizes!

I walk every day for at least 30 minutes. And I still can't drop the pounds...any suggestions??
