Sunlight was absolutely the best thing for that area...fortunately we had a lovely hot summer and I had a private place to sunbathe! Best I've ever felt. I saw the skin disease specialist again yesterday for a follow up and she's really pleased with how it's cleared up (me too!) but I'll probably have to use a mild steroid ointment on the area for the forseeable future. That I can live with!
