Another friend uses Montreal Steak seasoning in lieu of the black pepper. That's good, too, but unless you make my homemade Montreal seasoning, https://buttoni.wordpress.com/2013/...teak-seasoning/ the commercial spice blend will have too much salt and sugar in it.
